Governor expresses happiness over selection of Amitabh Bachchan for Dadasaheb Phalke award

Shimla-----Governor Bandaru Dattatraya has expressed happiness over selection actor Amitabh Bachchan for the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, the most prestigious honour of Indian cinema.
In his congratulatory message, the Governor said that Shri Bachchan was not only a great artist but also a source of inspiration for future generations and deserves this award in the true sense.
"This honour is a witness to his hard work and popularity. The roles he has played through various characters in the field of art leave an indelible impression in the hearts of cine lovers", said the Governor.
