Dr. Surender Kashyap appointed VC

SHIMLA------Dr. Surender Kashyap has been appointed as Vice-Chancellor of Atal Medical and Research University, Himachal Pradesh.
A Spokesperson of the Raj Bhawan informed here today that Dr. Surender Kashyap's appointment has been made for three years or till he attain the age of 65 years, whichever was earlier. The appointment will be effective with immediate effect or from the date he assumes the charge of the office.
Dr. Kashyap is the resident of village Bhalawag, P.O. Janedghat in district Shimla.
