C.M. lays foundation stone of Sarai Bhawan at Tanda college

KANGRA---Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh laid the foundation stone of Rs 2.50 crore Sarai Bhawan 'Inn' for the attendants of the patients visiting Doctor Rajinder Prasad Government Medical College and Hospital at Tanda today.

            He was accompanied by Health Minister, Shri Kaul Singh Thakur, Transport Minister, Shri G.S. Bali, Member Parliament, Shri Shanta Kumar and Smt Viplove Thakur including Chief Parliamentary Secretary, Shri Jagjeevan Pal, MLAs Shri Ajay Mahajan, Shri Sanjay Rattan, Shri Pawan Kajal, Shri Yadvinder Goma, Shri Kishori Lal, Chairman, State Education Board, Shri Balbir Tegta, Chairman, KCC, Shri Jagdish Sapheiya, Vice-Chairman, HP State Forest Corporation, Shri Kewal Singh Pathania, former MLA, Shri Surinder Kaku, Principal, DRPGMC Tanda, Dr. Anil Chauhan, Deputy Commissioner, Shri Ritesh Chauhan and SP Shri Sanjeev Gandhi.

            A sum of rupees two crore was being given by Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL) and a sum of Rs. 25 lakh each by both Members of Parliament, stated Shri Narinder Thakur, General Manager BHEL for construction of the Sarai.
