Modi government's five-year term far better than six decades of Congress: Jai Ram Thakur

Dharmshala----The Modi government's five year term is far better than the six decades of Congress rule, which has been well accepted by the people of the country. Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur stated this while addressing the public meeting at Raja Ka Talaab under Fatehpur Assembly constituency of district Kangra today.

The Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the foundation of a developed country has been laid and in the next five years our country will be the leading country in the world. He said that the people of the country have made up the mind that Shri Modi should be reinstated the country's command. The Modi government has strengthened the country and today India has reached the top of the list of powerful countries. He said that the BJP is getting huge support from the people across the country and seeing this, the Congress leaders are in panic and the leaders of the Opposition are trying to mislead people after seeing their defeat.

Jai Ram Thakur said that Congress has always believed in politics of dynasty, which is not good for a healthy democracy. He said that such politics should be curbed forever and for this, the BJP should be given heavy mandate in the Lok Sabha elections. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has accelerated the pace of development in Himachal Pradesh. Now, it becomes the responsibility of the people of the state to support BJP wholeheartedly in the Lok Sabha elections and ensure huge victory of the party. 

He urged the people to make BJP candidates victorious with huge votes on all the four seats of the Lok Sabha so that the pace of development in Himachal Pradesh could be further accelerated.

The Chief Minister said that the BJP candidate from Kangra parliamentary constituency Kishan Kapoor is an experienced and honest leader. He is well-acquainted with the aspirations of the public and will raise public voice effectively in the Parliament.

He also urged the people Fatehpur Assembly constituency to ensure historic edge to the BJP candidate so that the government could fulfill the demands of this area in the near future.

BJP candidate Kishan Kapoor, MLA Rakesh Pathania, Rita Dhiman, BJP office-bearers and others were present on this occasion.
