BAMSAN(Hamirpur)Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister said that Jungal Beri IRB would be stationed back at its previous station and quality infrastructure would be created to help in providing best training facilities to the recruits. He said that the State Government would extend all facilities to create best irrigation infrastructure in the villages to give boost to diversified farming thereby generating self employment avenues in rural areas. He was addressing a public meeting at Bir Baghera in district Hamirpur today. He dedicated the newly constructed Mahila Mandal bhawan to the women of the area and laid foundation stone of the additional accommodation of Government Senior Secondary School Bir Baghera estimated to be constructed at a cost of Rs. 34.46 lacs. Chief Minister said that he had succeeded in getting three new IRBs sanctioned for the State in first one month generating employment avenues to about 4500 youth of the State. He said that for the first time one women IRB was got sanctioned by the Government of India. Prof. Dhumal exhorted the youth to adopt self-employment in the farm sector which had vast potential and added that irrigation facilities were required to be made available to the farmers for the same. He said that Government would accord top priority to all irrigation proposals so that adequate facilities were available to farmers. He said that old schemes would be remodeled in a phased manner. Chief Minister said that his Government had been endeavouring to create proper education environment in all the institutions by restricting all political and social functions. He said that directions had been issued to all authorities not to force students to stand in rows to welcome the dignitaries visiting the areas. He said that teachers needed to adhere to government orders and help in creation of congenial environment in all government educational institutions. He said that efforts would be made to use the services of teachers fully by not assigning them other than teaching duties. Chief Minister said that adequate funds had been made available for construction of new school building and same would be ready by the middle of next financial year. He detailed about the road improvement and link road construction in the segment which would further strengthen the road network. He said that State Government would review all cases registered against political workers of any party who were not involved in unlawful and criminal cases.
