SSWC&MA approves 13 new industrial enterprises project proposals

SHIMLA-----17th meeting of the State Single Window Clearance & Monitoring Authority (SSWC&MA) was held here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur.

             The Authority approved 13 project proposals for setting up new industrial enterprises and expansion of existing units involving a total proposed investment of approx. Rs. 1297.23 crore and employment potential of about 1718 persons, which goes to show that the State continues to attract the investment despite of overall slowdown in the economy.

            New proposals approved by the Authority include proposals of M/s Sri Ram Heatlhcare Pvt. Ltd Unit - III, Burranwala, Baddi, Distt. Solan, H.P. for manufacturing of Liquid Ampule, Liquid Vial, Dry Injection, Ointment, etc. M/s RKV Spirits Private Limited, Beed Palasi, Tehsil Nalagarh, Distt. Solan, H.P. for manufacturing of Extra Neutral Alcohol, Animal Feed, Carbon Dioxide, Ethanol, Beer, M/s Kinvan Private Limited, Plassara, Tehsil Nalagarh, Distt. Solan, HP for manufacturing of APIs/Bulk Drugs, M/s IVPEX Parenteral Pvt. Ltd., Manakpur, Tehsil Nalagarh, Distt. Solan HP for manufacturing of Water For Injection, Infusion, M/s Shubhkaram Fresh Food Cold Chain Pvt. Ltd., Mohal Gagari, Tehsil Theog, Distt: Shimla for CA storage of Apples & Vegetables, M/s Raj Pharma, Manpura, Tehsil Nalagarh, Distt Solan H.P. for manufacturing of Vials,  Ampules, M/s Indraprastha Ice and Cold Storage Pvt. Ltd., Mauza Nirmand, Tehsil Nirmand, District Kullu, H.P for CA storage of Fruits and Vegetable, M/s Abhisheik Formulations Pvt. Ltd., Vill. Kishanpura, Tehsil Baddi, Distt. Solan, H.P. for manufacturing of Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Ayurvedic, Cosmetics, Food and Food Supplements etc.

            Expansion proposals approved by the Authority include proposals of M/s Mahodar Beverages, EPIP Phase-1, Jharmajri, Baddi Distt Solan H.P for manufacturing of Natural Mineral Water, Fruit Juice, Pet Preforms/Bottles, M/s S.K. Industries Unit-II, Sector 2 Industrial Area, Parwanoo, Distt. Solan for manufacturing of Candy/Lollipop, Jelly, Milk N Nut, Chocolate Bar, etc., M/s Victory Oil Gram Udyog Association UNIT-2, Vill Mohtli, Damtal Teh Indora, Distt Kangra for manufacturing of Phenol, Toilet Cleaner, Naphthalene Ball, Dish Wash, Scrubber, Hand Sanitizer, Hand Wash, etc. M/s Tirupati Medicare Limited, Paonta Sahib, Distt. Sirmour H.P. for manufacturing of Tablet, Capsule, Liquid, Powder, Oil, Cream, Shampoo. M/s Morepen Laboratories Limited, Village Malkumajra, Tehsil Baddi, Distt. Solan, H.P. for  Research & Development for  Bulk Drugs, Formulations, Medical Devices, Plastic Moulding etc.

            Director Industries Rakesh Prajapati conducted proceedings of the meeting.

            Industries Minister Bikram Thakur, Chief Secretary Anil Khachi, Additional Chief Secretary Industries Ram Subhag Singh, Additional Chief Secretary J.C. Sharma, Managing Director HPSEBL R.K. Sharma, Engineer in Chief Jal Shakti Naveen Puri, Member Secretary State Pollution Control Board Apoorav Devgan and other senior officers were present on the occasion.
