A cloudburst in Dharamshala has triggered a flash flood

Dharmshala-----A cloudburst in Dharamshala has triggered a flash flood, washing away vehicles and causing damage to properties in Bhagsunag area near Mecloadganj  of Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh.
Due to flash floods, many cars of tourists parked in the Bhagsunag  were damaged.Some of the hotels in the area have also reported heavy damage.  
Flash floods in Manji river of the area damaged three houses and five shops in Bagli area on Dharamsala-Kangra road. The road leading from Sheela to Bagli was also damaged.
Meanwhile ,Home Minister Amit Shah speaks to Himachal CM on flash floods, NDRF on standby Home Minister Amit Shah spoke to Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on the flash flood situation in the state. They assessed the damage. After the call, National Disaster Response Force teams have been put on standby. The home minister told CM Thakur that all required assistance will be provided to the state.
Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has expressed concern over the losses due to heavy rain and speculated cloud burstin certain parts of the State on Monday.

            The Chief Minister hasdirected the administrations of various districts the State to ensure speedyrelief and rescue operation in the affected areas. He also urged the localpeople and tourists to refrain from going near the river banks to avoid any untoward incident.
