Dipti Alok national award to confer on Ambika Sharma
Shimla, Feb 10, 2011, Dipti Alok National award will be conferred to Ambika Sharma, Solan based Tribune Correspondent for her excellent contribution in the field of Print Journalism particularly investigating journalism, award juery functionary said here today.
State President of Author Guild, Mr. Jai Dev Vidrohi informed in a press release issued here today that the award would be conferred at Kullu on 12 Feb this year.
He further said beside this eminent personalities of literature and Journalism would be honored on this occasion. He further informed that National level Poetic Symposium will be organized on the occasion also.
Mr. Vidrohi said that earlier Dipti Alok National award has been given to Ranjna Sharma Sahara Samya Delhi based Journalist and Archana Phul Shimla based senior Journalist of Himachal Pradesh.
