Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister has expressed grief over sad and sudden demise of Sh. Ramesh Nanda, senior Journalist who passed away at TMC Ludhiana today. He was 60 years.
In his condolence message, Chief Minister said that Shri Nanda was a journalist who always uphold the good tradition of journalism. He said that besides journalist he was also a Social Worker who always helped poor and needy.
Chief Minister has also conveyed his hear-felt condolences to bereaved family members and prayed the Almighty to give peace to the departed soul and strength to the family members to bear the irreparable loss.
Sh. I.D. Dhiman, Education Minister, Sh. Anurag Thakur, M.P. Smt. Urmil Thakur, Sh. Baldev Sharma, MLAs also expressed grief over the demise.
A condolence meeting was conveniened in the Directorate of Information and Public Relations in which Director, Sh. B.D. Sharma and other officers and staff observed two minutes silence for the peace of departed soul.
