Nitin Gadkari, National President BJP inaugurated an exhibition named ‘Suraj Sankalp’



Bijender Sharma/GUWAHATI-Nitin Gadkari, National President BJP inaugurated an exhibition named ‘Suraj Sankalp’ showcasing various facets of development, culture and custom and tourism potential of Himachal Pradesh in Guwahati (Assam) today.

Shri Gadkari was accompanied by National Secretary, BJP Smt Arti Mehra, National Vice-President BJP Smt Bijoya Chakravarty and other National leaders.

Exhibition, set up by Department of Information and Public Relations, exhibited various development photos containing information about Good Governance, social welfare, women empowerment, agriculture, tourism and various awards being provided to the State of Himachal Pradesh in various sectors.

Shri Gadkari, while going through the coffee table book praised the efforts of the State Government in compiling the same and congratulated the efforts of the state government for setting up of the exhibition in North Eastern States . He said that the people of north eastern states would certainly realise the development done by Himachal Pradesh in all sectors in BJP regime and lauded the policies of the State. He hoped that other hill States of the country would follow the steps being taken by the BJP Government for welfare of the common-man.
