Dhumal visit Suraj Sankalp Exhibition at Assam

Guwahati---Chief Minister Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Jharkhand Chief Minister Shri Arjun Munda, Dr. Raman Singh, Chief Minister of Chhatisgarh and Shri J.P. Nadda, General Secretary, National BJP today visited the exhibition ‘Suraj Sankalp’ put up by Information and Public Relations Department, Himachal Pradesh at Guwahati in Assam showcasing various facets of development, culture and customs and tourism potential of the State.

Chief Ministers of both States praised the developmental policies and programmes of the State Government and congratulated the efforts of the Government in setting up the exhibition at Guwahati. They said that the people of north eastern states would laud the developmental activities undertaken in the State for the welfare of the people.

Exhibition, set up by Department of Information and Public Relations, exhibited various development photos containing information about Good Governance, social welfare, women empowerment, agriculture, tourism and various awards conferred upon the State for its achievements in various sectors.

Members of Parliament of various States also visited the exhibition.

Dr. Arun Sharma, Principal Private Secretary to Chief Minister was also present on the occasion among others.
