Dharmshala ---Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee's State Media Panelist Engineer Shagun Dutt Sharma said that Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur should stop worrying about the ticket allocation of Congress and focus on the condition of the state.
He said that according to the rules of the party, the Congress will declare its candidate at the appropriate time. As soon as the by-elections were declared today, the Chief Minister was roaming around in his home district after seeing the defeat in front of him and trying to convince the people who were angry with the failures of his four years in office, but the public is not going to be deceived by him now. Shagun said that the Chief Minister could not even develop his home district and today the BJP government has pushed the state ten years back.
Shagun said that the Congress party under the leadership of state Congress President Kuldeep Singh Rathore has won a landslide victory in the municipal elections, on the same lines, now the Congress is marching towards a resounding victory in the by-elections. Shagun said that the Congress is going among the people regarding the problems like rising inflation and unemployment due to the failures of the state government, corruption and wrong policies of the central government and the Congress party is getting open support from the people of Himachal.
