Independence Day celebrated at Himachal Bhawan, New Delhi

SHIMLA----------73rd Independence Day was celebrated at Himachal Bhawan, New Delhi where Deputy Resident Commissioner Vivek Mahajan hoisted the national flag.

            Officers and officials of the RC office and representatives of various organisations of Himachal Pradesh participated in the function. 

            Former Rajya Sabha Member Kripal Parmar was also present on the occasion.

            Earlier, cultural troupes and artists from Himachal Pradesh in their cultural attire participated in the national level Independence Day function at Red Fort in Himachal Pavilion.
