SHIMLA-----          The Expenditure Monitoring Cell has been setup in the Chief Electoral Office, Election department, Shimla for coordination on expenditure monitoring with the election commission.

            A Spokesperson of the Election department said here today that the Cell will monitor training expenditure related personnel and political party functionaries and have coordination with District Election Officers and other enforcement agencies in connection with the ensuing Lok Sabha Elections in Himachal Pradesh.
