Himachal High Court issued notices to the State Government within one week in missing of Master Yug Gupta case

SHIMA--The High Court of H.P. today issued notices to the State Government within one week in the matter pertaining to the missing of Master Yug Gupta on 14.06.2014 from Ram Bazaar Shimla.

            A Division Bench comprising the Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan passed these orders on a petition filled by Pinky Gupta  the mother of the 4 years old missing child. The petitioner has alleged in the petition that on 14.06.2014 her son got misplaced from the premises at Dwarkagarh, Ram Bazaar, Shimla. FIR in this regard was registered in the police station, Sadar, Shimla. It was also mentioned in the petition that her husband got three calls from one Sanjeevan Jaiswal in the month of August, 2014, who demanded the money as ransom. The said Sanjeevan Jaswal   was investigated by the police but the son of petitioner could not be traced. Thereafter, investigation of the said case was transferred to the CID and even today the case is under investigation and master Yog is still untraceable and missing. The petitioner has prayed to send the case to the CBI or any other agency  for proper investigation.
