Delegation of PHD Chamber of C&I calls on Governor

SHIMLA-- Governor Acharya Devvrat met a delegation of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry headed by President Dr. Mahesh Gupta at Raj Bhawan here today.  

            The delegation apprised the Governor about various activities being undertaken by PHD Chamber of Commerce for promotion of organic farming.

            Governor appreciated the efforts of the Chamber and added that organic products were healthy and environment friendly. He said that farmers should opt for organic farming for earning remunerative prices for their produce and strengthening their economy.

            Chairman, H.P. PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry Shri Dhyan Chand and Co-Chairman Shri Ashish Bagrodiya were also present on the occasion.
