HPAS Officers Association bids farewell to Dr. M.P. Sood

SHIMLA---    H.P. Administrative Service Officers Association (HPAS) today organized a farewell party in honour of Dr. M.P. Sood, who retired as Director, Information & Public Relations on 30 April, 2016.

            Dr. Sood joined H.P. Administrative Services in 1985 and during his long tenure of 31 years he served the State on various important posts.

            The President of HPAS Shri Manmohan Sharma remembered the contributions of Dr. Sood  and wished him a long and healthy life.

            Secretary Shri R.K. Gautam honoured Dr. Sood on this occasion.

            Shri J.R. Katwal, Shri Rakesh Sharma, Shri Amarjeet Sharma, Shri Rajesh Sharma and other senior officers also extended their good wishes to Dr. M.P. Sood.
