Shimla---    Governor Acharya Devvrat released video CD titled 'Sabse Pyara Himachal', dedicated to himachali culture brought-out by Shri Gulpal Verma at Rajbhawan here today. The song of the VCD was written and sung by Shri Gulpal Verma.

            The Governor appreciated Shri Verma for his endeavour and said that Himachal Pradesh was known as Devbhoomi and the State had preserved its unique culture and traditions over the years.
