Dharmshala----While interacting with the media persons at Nurpur in Kangra district today, Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh said that the black sheeps who cross-voted in the Zila Parishad elections of Kangra district had been recognised and their names would be revealed at an appropriate time. He said that intolerance and back-stabbing in the party would not be tolerated at any cost. He said that the Congress Party won majority of top posts of Zila Parishads in the State leaving Kinnaur, Hamirpur and Kangra districts.

Replying to a query on the statements of State Congress President Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu that Smt. Viplove Thakur had not committed any indiscipline and had right to speech and put her words on Central University issue, the Chief Minister said that he never said that it was indiscipline on her part. He said his exact words were that Smt. Viplove Thakur was an opportunist and was trying to clear decks for her daughter from Dehra.  The Chief Minister said the development did not mean opening a college or school, but it meant the development of the area and the people as a whole.

When asked about the claim being made by a senior BJP leader of the State regarding writing a letter to the Ministry of Environment and office of Union HRD minister on Central University issue, the Chief Minister said that the letter distributed to media was forged and frivolous. He said that the letter was not on his letter head and also not signed by him neither it contains his official logo. "How can a Chief Minister write such a letter to Union Minister which neither was written on his letterhead and nor has any logo," questioned the Chief Minister.
