State Administrative Tribunal decides 4338 cases

SHIMLA---The H.P. Administrative Tribunal has so far settled 4338 cases since it started functioning in February, 2015.
A Spokesman of the Administrative Tribunal disclosed here today that as many as 4643 fresh cases were filed in the Tribunal till 30 November, 2015 out of which 2579 cases had been decided.
He said out of 6133 cases received by transfer from High Court of Himachal Pradesh, 429 had been finally decided. He said 13 contempt petitions, four review petitions, one executive petition and 1312 miscellaneous applications had also been disposed.
He said that daily cause list and supplementary cause list and final orders of Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal had been made available on the official website www.hpat.nic.in.
