SHIMLA--------Governor Bandaru Dattatraya appreciated the initiative of the state government to launch 'Mukhyamantri Sewa Sankalp Helpline-1100' which is a good step towards public welfare. He said that within a short period, this helpline has proved to be successful in redressal of the public grievances.

The Governor visited the CM helpline office at ISBT Tutikandi here today to know about this new initiative. The office staff gave him detailed information regarding the CM Helpline. He appreciated the Information Technology Department and said that good use of modern technology was being done to redress public grievances.

The calls registered in CM Helpline-1100 are transferred to concerned department. At block, tehsil, district and state level complaints are being redressed in time bound manner. He also expressed happiness that the complaint is closed only after the satisfaction of the complainant. He said that such initiatives of Chief Minister would definitely help the state to progress.

Governor also gave his inputs to make the CM Helpline more effective on this occasion.
