National De-worming Day to be held on 27th April

SHIMLA---   Mission Director, National Health Mission Shri Hans Raj Sharma while presiding over meeting of officers of Medical, Ayurveda and Women and Child Development Departments at Shimla today disclosed that National De-worming Day will be held in the State on 27th April, 2017. On this day, every child in the age group 1-19 years will be administered tablets of Albendazole to free them of possible worms.

            These tablets will be made available in all government schools, private schools and anganwari centres free of cost.
