Hamirpur-----Chief Minister , virbhadra singh welcomed smt urmila thakur to congress party and said that she will get full respect within the party cadre. Addressing public meeting at Lambaloo in Hamirpur district today, virbhadra singh said that he had cordial relations with late BJP veteran leader Jagdev Chand, though our ideology was different.
Praising Jagdev Chand , Chief Minister said that he was a mature politician and it was because of sh. Jagdev Chand that Prem Kumar Dhumal came in active politics and now it was the same Prem Kumar Dhumal who played politics of opportunism and sidelined the family members of Sh Jagdev Chand for his ulterior motive.
Speaking on the occasion Urmil Thakur said that BJP was no more a party of discipline and now when she has joined congress, she would wholeheartedly support the Congress parliamentary candidate Rajinder rana . Rajinder Rana who was also present on the occasion welcomed urmil thakur and assured her that the congress party under the able leadership of Virbhadra singh was with her and will give her full respect and honour.
