SUJANPUR Tihra-------BJP candidate from Hamirpur Parliamentry seat of Himachal Pardesh Anurag Thakur addressed public meetings today in Sujanpur assembly constituency. Anurag Thakur said that after these elections his first goal would be to get Hamirpur on rail map. Anurag Thakur said that in his current term due to his efforts railway line was extended from Una to Amb. Also Bhanupalli - Bilaspur railway line was sanctioned and now will get rail link to Hamirpur.
Anurag Thakur said since independence, Himachal Pradesh got only 44 kilometers of the new railway line that too in the tenure of BJP MP’s Prof. P K Dhumal , Suresh Chandel and his own tenure in Parliament . He said that people of Himachal Pradesh are aware about the efforts of the BJP governments to get rail link to the state and Narendra Modi in his Sujanpur rally has also promised the extensive rail network to Himachal Pradesh.
Anurag Thakur further said that isn’t it Congress government’s responsibility to have a uniform development of the state and not indulging in the politics revenge but unfortunately Virbhadra Singh is indulging in the politics of vengeance. Cancellation of Naina Devi - Anantpur Sahib ropeway project, cancellation of Hydro Engineering College of Bilaspur , shifting the location of central university approved at Dehra are some examples of vendetta politics of Virbhadra Singh he said.
Anurag Thakur addressed public meetings in Chad, Nadsi , Jhaniyara , Majhog , Chabutara, Bara, Sujanpur ad Hira Nagar today. BJP candidate for Sujanpur assembly by polls Narendra Thakur and other leaders and workers were present with Anurag Thakur today.
