SHIMLA----------Speaking in the public rallies in district Kangra at Indora, Baranda and Kamnala, Chief Minister virbhadra singh said that the Power to rule the country vests with the organization and not with a particular person as former chief minister prem kumar dhumal is bend upon to prove by projecting Gujarat Chief Minister, Narinder Modi  as a Godman, who has come down from heaven with a stamp to rule the nation.

Nobody can claim himself to be a God and narinder modi was no such bigwig who can solve all the problems of the nation by swaying magic wand, said virbhadra singh, adding that the problems are solved by consensus of everyone together in ruling and in opposition. He asserted that the Government runs through concentrated efforts of the organization, the provisions laid down in our constitution and through democratic means and not by whims and fancies of narinder modi  or Prem kumar Dhumal .

Chief minister said that narinder modi came twice for addressing rallies in himachal Pradesh and both times the congress party formed the government under his chiefministership.

The baseless statements of dhumal won’t deter the people of the State for voting for congress candidates in coming loksabha elections. Dhumal should stop daydreaming of overthrowing the present government in himachal Pradesh and should visualize that congress got heavy mandate from the people of the state. he said that dhumal should behave like a mature politicians and should not air baseless version pertaining to destabilizing the government.

Chiefminister said that the present government was focusing on development of all sectors and soon three medical colleges would be opened in the state and a medical college at Nerchowk in district Mandi was ready. A superspeciality hospital has been opened in kangra, a central university has been set up in kangra. He said that the UPA has gifted one IIT and one IIIT for the state. Virbhadra singh exhorted people to vote in favour of congress candidate chander kumar in coming lok sabha election for overall development of the area.
