SHIMLA------Like previous years Bio-diversity conservation Programme sponsored by State Council for Science Technology and environment was celebrated in this institution in which various activities were carried out such as Slogan Writing Competition, Painting, Science Quiz Competition ,Nature Walk Awareness Rally and plantation etc. In the Debate Competition Sonika stands first, Manasavi 2nd , Sheenam 3rd.In Slogan Writing Competition Mamta stands first, Sonika second and Bobby stand third. The students of the school also had awareness rally in which different slogans were raised by the students and the people were made aware about the conservation of Bio- diversity .A nature walk activity was also carried out in which the students along with their guide teachers went to Tourist resort and park Kufri and saw various kind of animals such as Leopard, Bear, Monal etc..The students were made aware of the various species of trees and animals. At the end of the activities the students securing first 3rd positions were given away prizes by the Principal of the school today on 30th April,2014.
