Shimla--Dr. S.K. Shad, Advisor, Planning said here today that meetings with the MLAs regarding priority proposal for formulation of Annual Plan for 2011-12 would be held at Armsdale Building of H.P. Secretariat, Shimla on 27th and 28th January, 2011. Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister would preside over the meetings.
He said that meeting with the MLAs of Shimla, Solan and Sirmaur districts would be held on 27th January, 2011 from 10.30 AM to 1.30 PM while with the MLAs of Mandi, Chamba and Bilaspur districts from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM in the afternoon session on the same day.
He further said that Annual Plan priority with MLAs of Kangra and Kullu districts would be discussed on 28th January, 2011 from 10.30 AM to 1.30 PM while with the MLAs of Una, Hamirpur, Kinnaur and Lahaul-Spiti districts from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM in afternoon session on the same day.
