Governor V.S. Kokje and Chief Minister P.K. Dhumal have felicitated people of the state on the occasion of Holi festival.Kokje said Holi, the festival of colours, has its own significance and it helps in strengthening the bonds of friendship and fraternity, which go a long way in promoting unity and integrity of the country.Dhumal said in the vibrant cultural heritage of the country Holi is a unique festival symbolising brotherhood and goodwill. He hoped that the festival would further strengthen the bonds of unity and integrity.
