Gokul Butail presides over annual day function of Shimla Presidency School

Gokul Butail, Principal Advisor (Innovation, Digital Technologies & Governance) to the Chief Minister presided over the Annual Day function of Shimla Presidency School, Haridevi, Ghanatti, held at the school campus on Saturday.
Addressing the gathering, Gokul Butail appreciated the school management and staff for their consistent efforts in providing quality and value-based education. He lauded the institution for promoting academic excellence along with the holistic development of students and encouraged learners to pursue excellence with confidence and discipline.
He stated that the present state government has implemented numerous reforms in the education sector, which were now yielding positive results, making the state a model in education. The government was committed to ensuring quality education for every child and was making all possible efforts to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to face future competition confidently.
He also motivated young minds to dream big, learn with dedication and excel in every field of life. On the occasion, he honoured meritorious students by distributing prizes and certificates, encouraging all students to achieve excellence in academics and co-curricular activities.
Students presented colourful cultural programmes showcasing their talent, creativity, and self-confidence, which were highly appreciated by the Chief Guest and the audience.
