SDM Nadaun Participates in Laureate Pharmacy College's Annual Function
SDM Nadaun, Rakesh Sharma, attended the annual function of Laureate Pharmacy Institute, Jwalamukhi, and Laureate Institute of Management and Information Technology. He honored students of M.Pharm, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, Pharmacy Practice, and BCA/BBA programs for their outstanding performance in academic, sports, and cultural activities.
Alongside special guest Professor Dr. Mridula from Central University, he inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp and performing Saraswati Vandana.
In his address, SDM Rakesh Sharma congratulated the institute's students on the annual function and emphasized that today's students compete not only with peers but also with global counterparts. He stressed the importance of goal-setting to progress with dedication and focus.
He added that annual celebrations are moments of self-introspection for institutions, showcasing students' talents and boosting their confidence, which proves invaluable for their future.
Earlier, the institute's manager and director, Dr. Ran Singh, welcomed the chief guest. Principal Dr. M.S. Ashawat presented the institute's annual report.
The event was attended by Professor Rajesh Walia and HOD Professor Jasbir Jaryal from Laureate Institute of Management and Information Technology, HOD Dr. Vinay Pandit, and Dean of Student Welfare Officer Dr. C.P.S. Verma.
