PROGRAM WITH THE STUDENTS

Palampur-------Army Recruiting office, Palampur conducted a motivational talk for the students of

class 8 to class 12 from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Palampur. The talk was focussed on

various career opportunities for the students in Class 12 th . The information about the

entry scheme for boys and girls through National Defence Academy (NDA) and

Technical entry (TES) was shared. During this session a motivational movie was

screened about the life and career opportunities in the army. Director Recruiting,

ARO Palampur spoke to the students about the engagement and experience

opportunity with the Indian army through Agnipath Scheme. The online registration

for kangra and Chamba for selection as a Agniveer has started today for the rally

scheduled from 11 -24 September 22. In addition, a documentary was shown about

the entire recruitment procedure. A total of 350 students along with their teachers

and staff attended this event. In the end a question answer session was carried out,

which was very well received by the students. The students were handed over

information leaflets regarding all the opportunities available in the Indian Army along

with their eligibility criteria.
