National Integration Day to be celebrated at all district headquarters

SHIMLA---Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) will be organised on the occasion of 142rd birth anniversary of first Home Minister of India Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at all the district headquarters of the state at 11 A.M on 31 October 2018.
Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur will preside over the function in Shimla. He will be accompanied by the Education Minister Suresh Bhardwaj.
A spokesperson of the state government said here today that Speaker Dr. Rajiv Bindal will preside over the function at Nahan, Irrigation and Public Health Minister Mahender Singh Thakur at Mandi, Food and Civil Supply Minister Kishan Kapoor at Dharamshala, Power Minister Anil Sharma at Bilaspur, Urban Development Minister Sarveen Chaudhary in Kinnaur, Agriculture Minister Dr. Ram Lal Markanda at Keylong, Health Minister Vipin Parmar at Hamirpur, Rural Development Minister Virender Kanwar in Una, Industry Minister Bikram Singh in Chamba, Forest Minister Govind Singh Thakur at Kullu and Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Dr. Rajiv Saizal in Solan.
