SHIMLA-----A spokesperson of the state government said that a partial modification has been made in the Independence Day function in the state.

                                Dr. Rajiv Bindal will preside over the district level Independence Day function in Sirmour at Nahan and Education Minister Suresh Bhardwaj will preside over the District level Independence Day function at Shimla.
