Government schemes successfully implemented in Mandi

Shimla ---      Smt. Kiran Dhanta Chairperson of H.P. Commission for Protection of Child Rights has appreciated the implementation of "Mandi Vikas Abhiyan" which was launched by the Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh on the occasion of "International Rural Women Day" on 15th October, 2015.

            She said that mainly four components had been implemented under the campaign which comprised 'Meri Ladli, Economic Empowerment, Cleanliness and Disaster Management'. For the successful implementation of the programs, the State Government had also awarded Deputy Commissioner Shri Sandeep Kadam with 'Civil Services Award'. Declining sex ratio was the matter of concern in the state and Meri Ladli campaign had contributed towards was proved successful in the improvement of sex ratio in the district, she added.

            The Members of Commission Ms. Pooja Sharma, Ms. Kusum Verma, Ms. Shewta Rana, Shri Roshan Sharma and Shri Rajender Mohan were also present on the occasion.
