Delhi High Court asked the Amicus Curie in Virbhadra Singh case to address the arguments on maintainability

NEW DELHI----------The Delhi High Court, today virtually recalled its order passed on September 01 2015 in the disproportionate assets case against Himachal Pradesh CM Virbhadra Singh, stating whether the petition is maintainable before this court in its present form or not.

 

The bench hearing the case has asked the Amicus Curie in this case to address the arguments on maintainability of writ petition in the next hearing.

 

Appearing for Virbhadra Singh, senior counsel Kapil Sibal, who has moved the petition for recalling the earlier order, has relentlessly argued that the relief asked in the writ petition has already been met as the FIR has already been lodged.
