Chief Minister congratulates Nitish Kumar

SHIMLA-- Himachal Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh has congratulated Chief Minister of Bihar Shri Nitish Kumar for winning the Bihar general assembly elections. He said that it was victory of secular parties.
In a congratulation message, Shri Virbhadra Singh it was possible due to formation of Mahagathbandhan comprising of JD(U), RJD and Congress parties that people of Bihar gave crushing defeat to the communal forces. He also congratulated Bihar Chief Minister on behalf of people of the State for winning the elections and said that people of Bihar had shown mirror to NDA led government at Centre.
