Security in the hospital was the first and foremost demands of Doctors in the hospital and it was accepted by the Govt. when they met with the Hon'ble Chief Minister after giving the mass casual leave and before that they were on 2 hours pen down strike. But due to the negligent behavior of the Secretary Health and Director Health the demands of Association had not been consider and they have not followed the orders of Hon'ble Chief Minister. Members of the Association had demanded that the "prevention of Violence and damage to Hospital propriety Act" should be amended and the offence should be made non bail able instead of bail able . Hon'ble Chief Minster had assured the Association that this will be implemented hence the Himachal Pradesh Medical officers had stopped their agitation.
