SHIMLA------The HP State youth congress led by its president Vikramaditya Singh today held a procession terming the message of Prime Minister  Narinder Modi as a propaganda and a  as a binding on children. Addressing the youth congress members gathered on the occasion he said that in a small hill states like Himachal Pradesh there were regional limitations to telecast or broadcast the PMs message to them as there were schools located in the far flung areas and tribal regions. This was only for the students of the meteropolitan cities or few big cities and before planning the same the Prime Minister did not take into consideration the remote and tribal areas of the country.

He said that this was discrimination between the children staying in towns and cities and those staying in rural areas of the country.

The message of the prime Minister was for only few and the children were forced to sit down for hours in schools or the venue which was chosen before hand.

Mr. Modi is forgetting that maximum children stay in rural areas where no such facilities were available. This was clear cut case of discrimination on the grounds of education asserted he.

The members of the Youth Congress also burnt the effigy of the Prime Minister.
