SHIMLA-------Welcoming the observation of the Supreme court that the Prime Minister and state chief ministers should not include tainted MPs or MLAs in their cabinets, the himachal Congress today said the onus was on Prime Minister Narendra Modi on how he sees the observations of the apex court. Talking to reporters , HPCC spokesperson Deepak Sharma said, "The Congress concurs with the observation of the Supreme court. It put the onus on the Prime Minister, why he continues with 14 ministers in his Cabinet who have serious criminal charges against them including Mr Nitin Gadkari, Nihal Chand and Upendra Khushwaha."The Congress urges the PM to pay due respect to the Supreme court observation. We need to know how he sees the observation of the apex court."
