No Cell Phone inside Vidhan Sabha during Session

SHIMLA-------No Mobile phones will be allowed inside the Vidhan Sabha during the Monsoon Session with effect from 6th to 29th August, 2014, according to Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha.
