SHIMLA-------- The High Court of H.P. today issued a notification transferring 12 Judicial Officers in the cadres of District Judges/Additional District Judges.
The Registrar General of the High Court Shri A.C.Dogra has been transferred and posted as District and Sessions Judge, Shimla. The Services of Shri C.B.Barowalia, Director, H.P. Judicial Academy are placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice. The Services of Shri K.S.Chandel, Registrar (Judicial & Judges Branch) are placed at the disposal of the State Government for being posted as the President, District Consumer Forum, Shimla. Shri C.L.Kochhar, District and Sessions Judge, Hamirpur is transferred and posted as District and Sessions Judge, Una.
The services of Shri Rajan Gupta, Presiding Officer, Labour Court/Industrial Tribunal, Kangra at Dharamshala, on being recalled, are further placed at the disposal of the State Government for being posted as the President, District Consumer Forum, Kangra at Dharamshala. Shri Rakesh Kainthla, President, District Consumer Forum, Dharamshala on being recalled is transferred and posted as Director, H.P. Judicial Academy, Shimla. The services of Shri J.K. Sharma, President, District Consumer Forum, Shimla on being recalled are further placed at the disposal of the State Government for being posted as the Presiding Officer, Labour Court/Industrial Tribunal, Kangra at Dharamshala. Shri Rattan Singh, District and Sessions Judge, Una is transferred and posted as District and Sessions Judge, Hamirpur.
On being placed as District and Sessions Judges, the services of Joint Director of the H.P. Judicial Academy Shri Yashwant Singh, and Additional District and Sessions Judge Dr. Baldev Singh are placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice. Shri Rajinder Kumar, Special Secretary (Law) to the Government of H.P. Shimla on being recalled is transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sirmaur at Nahan. Shri Bahadur Singh, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sirmaur at Nahan is transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge (I), Shimla.
