SHIMLA---A delegation from Kharshali and Torsa in district Shimla, led by Shri Nagru Ram and Sher Singh, Organiser Temple Committee, Torsa respectively, met Virbhadra Singh here today at Holly-lodge and congratulated him on assuming charge of Chief Minister’s office. Shri Ram Lal, Shri Hari Kishan, Shri Ram Kishan, Shri Pratap, Shri Gyan Chand, Shri Vidyasagar and other office bearers of district and block congress from Kharshali and Torsa also met the Chief Minister in the morning and felicitated him on his becoming Chief Minister of the State for sixth time. They also placed their various demands to the Chief Minister.
